Nicholas Licari brings a variety of experiences to the Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group.

Born and raised in Dutchess County, he then went on to graduate from Geneva College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specific concentration in Marketing. During his academic career at Geneva, he was presented with several opportunities to travel, and see the world from a different perspective. Nick's international travels consisted of visits to Israel and China, where he was able to gain an appreciation for the different cultures and people that lived there. He also had an opportunity to serve on a mission trip in Bayou La Batre, Alabama to assist with Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. It was during this experience, that Licari was inspired to learn construction skills because he saw how it could help people in need. After graduating from Geneva, he continued his education in attaining an Associates Degree specializing in HVAC technologies. After working in the construction industry for several years, Nick has acquired a comprehensive knowledge in electricity, heating, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration. He offers a unique perspective to his clients with insights to "what lays behind the walls".

Due to Licari's marketing background, he offers clients the added benefit of a strategic marketing discipline that affords his clients Best in Class marketing tools and strategies to maximize their assets' exposure to the market place.
